As our products is perishable, baked and decorated fresh daily by our skilled staff, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

 

>If you do not pick up your order on your scheduled date, we do not give a refund.  We will only hold your product/order for the next 24 hours.  We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer.

>If you try one of our products and just don't like it, then we hope you try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.

​

>Please be sure you want the cake/product before placing the order.  No refund will be given.

​

>We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. 90 days window from the original pick up to reschedule for a new pick up date and time. Please call our store directly.

>Any cancellation made by our customer and/or our Bakery is schedule (posted date) to be closing for the holidays or days that we are close please refer to our cancellation policy.  Customer may choose option one or option two.

 

>Cancellation for a order that are placed, must be made at lease 2 days in advance of the scheduled pick up time. 

Option One:  Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.  Your store credit expires 3 months from the date of issue (reschedule for new pick up date good up to 3 months)

Option Two:  There is 30% cancellation fee of your original purchase for cancellations received with proper notice.
